Table at Bricco dinners have become a staple for Harrisburg diners looking for something different during a night on the town. Our unique tasting menu room experience features small groups, a creative prix-fixe menu, and delectable wine pairings. Usually offered once month, the specialty dinners cost $75 plus tax and a 20% charge for gratuity. For our #BriccoAnniversary, we’ve upped the ante for our Table at Bricco. Wine and Dinner Pairing
Bricco diners are in for a real treat on March 11 when Trinchero Family Estates comes to Harrisburg. The 60-year-old California-based company’s portfolio features more than 40 wines, so they’ll be sure to offer five perfect pairings throughout the evening. Our Executive Chef Bill Collier will be preparing a unique chef’s tasting menu featuring four courses. Diners will enjoy fresh, seasonal flavors from the start to the finish of their meal.
In the past, diners have noshed on appetizers such as West Coast Oysters with Tapioca, Caviar, and Zabaglione and Mache and Red Oak Leaf Lettuces with Blood Oranges, Camelot Valley Goat Feta, and a Blood-Orange Vinaigrette. Main courses have included Cocoa Nib-Rubbed Venison with Butternut Squash, Brown Butter, and Kennett Square Yellow Foot Mushrooms and Braised Lamb and Lamb Sausage with Stone-Ground Polenta and Cipollini Onion. Out-of-this-world desserts such as Lime & Coconut Eclairs and Napoleon with Candied Oranges, Mascarpone Cheese, and Fresh Raspberries have also been served. Beer and Dinner Pairing
Beer lovers rejoice! While most chef’s tasting menus feature exclusively wine, we’re trying something different this time around. In honor of our 10th #BriccoAnniversary, we’re bringing in Instructor Brendan Kingston from B. United International, Inc., Friday, March 18. Brendan has traveled to breweries across the nation and around the globe to perfect his palate, and he also home brews and hosts a beer podcast. He’ll be bringing a variety of rare and specialty beers to pair with a uniquely crafted menu from Chef Collier. Cheers!
Meet Mongers and Mixologists
We think the best part of Table at Bricco is seeing the faces behind the food and beverages. Meeting and greeting chefs, sommeliers, and beer experts allows diners to learn where their food comes from. For our #BriccoAnniversary celebration, we wanted to add a little bit of that to other events, too. On Monday, March 7, Southern Spirits will be coming north to host Mixologist Monday featuring Italian Aperitifs for $10. The next week, on Monday, March 14, our favorite cheese-lover will be holding a Meet the Monger event with $10 cheese boards.
