What’s Coming up at Bricco’s?
The Bricco July 7 Pop-Up went off without a hitch and was a big hit as it has been in years past. With food, fun, amazing music and Chef Bill Collier in his element, this was one for the books! We enjoyed a big turn-out where we celebrated American Independence, food and our community in style. From grilled steaks to skewers to salmon and more, there were many flavors to experience. If you’ve always wanted to learn how to make your own pasta, here’s your chance. Our latest cooking class, Pasta 101 With Chef Bill Collier, takes place on Saturday, July 28th 2018 from 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM. There’s simply no comparison between mass-produced or dried pasta and the real, fresh thing. This is the dish that put Italy on the culinary map and it’s simpler to make than you might think. Enjoy amazing meals and impress your family and friends by taking our most popular class. This is a hands-on class, so prepare to roll up your sleeves.
